Nobody on social media cares about you. Once you accept that, your page starts growing faster.
They didn't open the app to check on you. They don't care who you are. They came for themselves — to be entertained, or to learn something they can actually use.
I had this completely backwards when I started. I'd introduce myself and yap on and on about what I do. My views were lower than your chances of getting forex at a local bank.
Here's why: I was showing up for me, not the person on the other side of the screen. Unless you're already famous, nobody's tuning in to watch your life update.
The moment I stopped focusing on myself and started helping the viewer first, everything changed.
"Here's the secret: people don't care about you until you give them a reason to. Solve a problem. Show them how to do something better."
Deliver the value first — then they'll care about who you are and what you're about.
Stop making content for yourself. Start making it for the person watching.
